Yahoo Still Searching for Better Deal - are You?

Yahoo has rejected its second offer from Microsoft to buy its online search operations. Yahoo  received the proposal last Friday and was given less than 24 hours to respond.

Is it coincidence that the same number, 49%  of respondents  “Agreed” or “Strongly Agreed” that “Finding the Information I Need to Do My Job is Difficult and Time Consuming.”

Without clear ownership and personnel driving forward the need to improve, Findability is likely to remain a low priority in organizations, which will keep user levels of satisfaction at their current low state.
